Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons
Soland
L.S.A. mix
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon
Soland
psyllium husk
1 ΒΌ cups
Soland
Organic self-raising flour
2 tablespoons
Soland
walnuts,chopped
Method:
Mix, banana, honey, oil, L.S.A. and psyllium husks
in a bowl.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Spoon in to a non-stick muffin pan and bake in
a moderate oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
