| Peach & Date Slice |

| Ingredients: |

1 ½ cups self raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
425g can peach slices, drained and chopped
½ cup Soland Dates, finely chopped
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup Soland hazel nut, finely chopped
180g butter, melted |

| Method: |

Sift the flour into bowl.
Add the sugar, peaches, dates, coconut and hazel nuts.
Mix in butter.
Pour into a greased lamington tin.
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool in the tin, then cut into pieces.
Store in an airtight container. |
