| Makes about 24 |
| Ingredients: |
| ½ cup Soland pitted prunes, diced
½ cup Soland dates, dried & diced
½ cup Soland apricots, dried & diced
1 tablespoonp honey
½ cup Soland walnuts, finely chopped
½ cup Soland almond meal |

Method:
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll into small balls.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve on a platter with apricot balls, dried fruits
and nuts.
