| Makes 24 slices |
| Ingredients: |

2 cups Soland dried figs, chopped
¾ cup apple juice
155g butter
¼ brown sugar
2 tablespoons Soland L.S.A. Mix
1 cup Soland Organic wholemeal plain flour
1 cup Soland rolled oats
¼ cup Soland pecan nuts, chopped |

Grease and line 19cm x 29cm lamington pan.
In a medium saucepan combine juice and figs.
Bring to boil, then on low heat simmer covered until figs are tender approx 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer until white and fluffy. Stir in the fig mixture.
Mix in all remaining ingredients.
Bake for 40 minutes in a moderate oven or until brown. Allow to cool in pan before removing. |
